FISHING ON THE EILEAN IARMAIN ESTATE

If there's not enough already to do in Sleat, why not spend a relaxing day one of the lochs or rivers on the Eilean Iarmain Estate. Permits are available at a nominal charge for a day or a week, or perhaps go out with one of the experienced ghillies who will be happy to help you find that special catch and at the same time share their wealth of knowledge.  Two of the lochs, Bharabhaig and Loch na Dubhraichean offer brown trout between 2 and 4lbs and sea trout run in the Ord and Eiseort rivers. A boat is available on Loch Bharabhaig and all fish may be kept or returned. There are many other lochs on the Estate for fly, worm or spinner offering a perfect choice for all anglers. For a peaceful day out far from the hustle of everyday life call the Estate Office on 01471 833266 or click here for the Eilean Iarmain website.
